Yonder Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using Yonder. Yonder helps groups plan holidays, compare options, and click out to third-party providers to complete bookings.
Effective date: March 15, 2026.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to your access to and use of Yonder, including the website, trip-planning workspace, account features, and related communications.
By using Yonder, you agree to these terms and to the Yonder Privacy Policy.
2. What Yonder does
Yonder is a software product for coordinating group holiday planning. It may collect preferences, create shared planning briefs, display travel, stay, and activity options, and let groups react to, compare, and narrow down those options together.
Yonder is not the merchant of record for flights, stays, or activities shown through the service. If you leave Yonder to complete a booking, that booking is made with the external provider, not with Yonder.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use some parts of Yonder. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity that takes place through your account.
You should not share access to your account or attempt to access other users’ accounts without permission.
4. Third-party content and bookings
Yonder may show information supplied by third-party providers or other connected sources, including pricing, availability, ratings, and booking links. That information may change, expire, or be withdrawn by the provider at any time.
When you leave Yonder to book with a provider, that provider’s own terms, policies, pricing, refund rules, and booking conditions apply. Yonder is not responsible for the provider’s conduct, inventory, or booking outcome.
5. Planning information and accuracy
Yonder is designed to support planning and comparison. It does not promise that any option displayed in the product will still be available, at the same price, or under the same terms when you try to book it.
You are responsible for checking final booking details directly on the provider site before making a purchase or commitment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Yonder, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected information through the product, or use the service in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
You may not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or deceptive content.
7. Intellectual property
Yonder and its original branding, workflows, interface, and product content remain the property of their owner except where third-party content or marks are used under separate rights.
Third-party provider names, logos, descriptions, and booking materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Service changes and availability
Features, provider integrations, route access, and product availability may change over time, and the service may enter coming-soon, maintenance, or downtime modes while work is being carried out.
Yonder may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for product, technical, legal, or commercial reasons.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yonder is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Yonder does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the ongoing availability or accuracy of third-party provider data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
